You must always use the payment code at any time you wish to make a payment into any Voucher Net bank account for funding your wallet only. It must not be used for payments of devices or any other fees that you owe Voucher Net.
You however do not need it if you are funding with your STERLING BANK account number assigned to your MOBitooT wallet.
IF you sent money to us using the mobile USSD code method, you MUST send us and email or live chat with details of your payment and your VCN Code else, we cannot apply the money you paid to your wallet.
