Our operating hours are those times when we are open to attending to your chats and transaction enquiries. These are:
09:00hrs to 18:00hrs on weekdays and 10:00hrs to 16:00hrs on weekends.
We are also fully operational on Public Holidays at these times.
Outside our operating hours, we attend to your emails and offline messages. All offline messages are responded to within 12 - 24hours.
You can however perform your MOBitooT transactions 24/7 including funding of your wallet.
