How do I recover my MOBitooT account after I lost my phone?

You don't have to create a new account.
Once you loose your phone containing your MOBitooT account, you should contact us immediately so we can protect the money in your wallet. Even though your money is protected by your transaction confirmation pin, it is possible someone can guess your pin.
Whenever you replace your phone, simply go back to google play store or iOS App store to download MOBitooT on your new phone and just login to your wallet with your registered email address and password. If you contacted us to secure your wallet, get in touch with us to restore your existing wallet balance.
