Account Authentication Failure
What do I do when I try to login and authentication fails?

Simply contact our customer care numbers or send us an email to [email protected] It is either that:
1. Your account has not been activated
2. You are entering the wrong password or login details
3. You no longer have a wallet.
Which ever the case, our customer care team is on-hand to assist you. You can resolve item 2 and 3 yourself by simply using the forgot password button to send yourself a reset password link or for item 3, create a new wallet.
Our customer care team will manually activate your wallet if item 1 above represents your case. You can then login with your email address and password that you created in the app.
