Tawk.to is a real-time live chat application and CRM tool that we have linked to our website https://www.vouchernet.com.ng and https://www.mobitoot.com.
It is also linked to the MOBitooT app and enables users to chat with our customer services team realtime during work hours. It also allows you to leave offline messages when we are off work (you can only send offline messages after office hours).
Tawk.to also not being used to manage our knowledge base and we are keeping track of future enhancements with the service to enhance our CRM capabilities.
